NewGen Technologies project profile highlights
EDS: Navy Marine Corp. Intranet (NMCI)
NewGen Technologies joins EDS in helping the Navy Marine Corp.
to manage their intranet by providing enterprise management
systems (EMS) solutions and engineering. Some of these support
tasks include:
- Network, Systems, and Application management
- Analysis and consulting services: Product reviews and
recommendations, and developing a process to track SLAs
- Deployment packaging and software distribution
- Trouble Ticketing and tracking solutions and engineering
- Solaris system administration engineering
Air Force Material Command (AFMC)
NewGen Technologies helps the Air Force Material Command in
implementing Tivoli software at 12 Air Forces Bases to manage
thousands of their computer systems that are distributed across
the country. NewGen has been involed with this project since
March of 2001 and continues to support the Air Force in the
following areas:
- Training Air Force personell
- Creating and distributing the deployment packages
- Troubleshooting
Internal Revenue Service
NewGen Technologies helps the Internal Revenue Service to manage
their Tivoli system infrastructure. From software development to
deployment, NewGen has utilized many aspects of the project
cycle to help the IRS manage their tax and financial systems.
